PUTTE WICKMAN - Happy New Year

Putte Wickman gjorde under sin långa karriär ett antal fina album. Han var mycket självkritisk men ”Happy New Year” som han spelade in i januari 1973 tyckte han själv hörde till det bästa han gjort.

Säkert beroende på inspirationen från medmusikerna som bestod av Staffan Abeleen, Bobo Stensson, Red Mitchell, Palle Danielsson och Island Östlund.

During his long career, Putte Wickman made a number of fine albums. He was very self-critical, but "Happy New Year", which he recorded in January 1973, he himself thought was one of the best things he had done.
